Welcome to use our products!

Please read the "Paid Membership Agreement" (also referred to as the "Terms of Service") carefully. Your use of our products means that you have agreed to this agreement.

"Our products" have the meaning described below.

"You" refers to the user who uses "our products."

In addition to this agreement, the "Privacy Policy" and other business rules issued by us are also part of this agreement. Please read it carefully. We especially remind you that the products and services we provide may be different according to your region and the product version you are using. Some terms of this "Paid Membership Agreement" and "Privacy Policy" may not apply to your current use Product version.

Ⅰ.Subscription Services

Types of Subscriptions: We offer various subscription options, including but not limited to Weekly VIP, Quarterly VIP, and Yearly VIP. Each subscription tier provides specific features and benefits, detailed in the app description and subscription page.

Free Trials: For certain subscriptions, we may offer a free trial period. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial period, you will automatically be enrolled in the paid subscription plan.

Ⅱ. Payment Terms

Billing and Payment Method: Upon opting for a subscription, your payment will be processed through your Google Play account. Payment will be charged to your account after you confirm the purchase.

Pricing: The price for each subscription tier is displayed within the app and may vary based on your location and any applicable taxes or currency exchange rates.

Ⅲ. Automatic Renewal

Renewal Process: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Billing for Renewal: Your Google Play account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the subscription cycle will be extended accordingly.

Ⅳ. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription renewal, you must go to the Google Play Store, access your account settings, and select 'Subscriptions' to manage your subscription preferences.

No Refunds: Please note that there are no refunds for partial subscription periods.

V. Account Registration and Security

You must provide truthful information when creating an account. You bear responsibility for all activities under your account and must take measures to protect your account security.

Ⅵ. Privacy and Personal Information

Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Data Usage: The app may collect and use data related to your fasting activities, hydration, and weight tracking to provide and improve our services.

Ⅶ. Services Provided "As Is"

Our services are provided with the current technology and conditions. We are not responsible for unforeseen risks or losses caused by factors like viruses, hacker attacks, or system instability.

Ⅷ. Push Notifications

You may receive updates about our products and third-party products. We are not responsible for any loss or damage due to the content of these notifications.

Ⅸ. Third-Party Services

Our app integrates services from third parties. Please refer to the third-party terms for usage rules. We are not responsible for any personal information protection issues arising from these services.

Ⅹ. User-Generated Content

Content you upload is your responsibility. We reserve the right to handle content in accordance with the law. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use publicly shared content.

Ⅺ. Information Storage and Synchronization

Your data will be stored on your device and our servers. We recommend taking measures to protect your personal information, especially when using the service on non-personal devices.

XII. User Behavior Guidelines

You must comply with local laws and regulations. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to, spreading illegal or sensitive information and engaging in unauthorized activities.

XIII. Intellectual Property Rights

We hold all legal rights to our products, including software and services. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is not permitted.

XIV. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized use, improper settings, or unforeseen risks. Regular backups are recommended.

XV. Use by Minors

Minors must obtain consent from their guardians to use our product./p>

XVI. Infringement Procedures

Infringement Notice Submission: Complainants alleging intellectual property infringement must submit a formal notice, including their contact details, a description of the infringing content, proof of ownership, and a declaration of the notice's truthfulness. This should be sent to wanglaigang09@gmail.com.

Counter-Notice Submission: Users affected by content removal may submit a counter-notice with their contact details, identification of the removed content, evidence of legality, and a truthfulness declaration. This should be sent to wanglaigang09@gmail.com.

Review and Action: We will acknowledge receipt, review submissions promptly, and take appropriate action, including temporary content removal and restoration based on valid counter-notices.

Liability Disclaimer: Our role is limited to facilitating the notice process; we do not determine the validity of claims and are not liable for decisions based on these notices.

Misuse and Privacy: Misuse of this process may result in legal consequences. Personal information provided will be handled in accordance with data protection laws.

XVII. Agreement Effectiveness, Modification, and Termination

This agreement becomes effective upon your use of our product. We reserve the right to modify the terms and may terminate the service under certain conditions.

XVIII. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid and binding.

XIX. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Governing Law: This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be settled by litigation in the competent courts of Singapore.

Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement.

XX. Changes to the Payment Agreement

Modification Rights: We reserve the right to modify this Payment Agreement. Any changes will be communicated through the app or via email, and continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
